Comparison, Self-Esteem & Finding Your Own Way

I want to tell you something honestly…
I’ve been there too.
Comparing myself to others.
Scrolling and seeing someone else’s success and wondering, “Why not me?”
I’ve looked at people’s social media pages and thought, “How are they growing so fast?”
I’ve had those moments where it felt like everyone else had cracked the code, while I was stuck in self-doubt.
And then, I’d find out they’d paid for followers, and even though I knew that, it still bothered me.
And it still made me feel like I wasn’t enough. Like I wasn’t doing enough.
Like I was somehow falling behind.
I’ve had big dreams too for my life, for my business and I’ve hit those moments where it felt impossible.
Like the income goals I set were just too far out of reach.
Like no matter how much I showed up, it wasn’t landing.
All of these feelings, the comparison, the pressure, the self-doubt
they started to chip away at my self-esteem.
And that’s exactly what has inspired me to write a book about it.
Because even as a therapist and coach, even knowing what I should do
I still struggled.
I still questioned myself.
And I realised that if I was feeling that way, so many others must be too.
So I want to remind you of something I’ve had to remind myself over and over again.
No one has your journey.
No one has your soul.
No one has your story, your struggles, your wins, your magic.
You’re not behind.
You’re not late.
You’re not broken.
You’re becoming.
And you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
If you’ve been doubting yourself lately, your path, your progress, your purpose,
please know that you’re not alone. And more importantly, you don’t have to stay stuck there.
Are you ready to unlock your self-esteem and start building the life (and business) you truly want?
Let’s do it together find out how to work with me here.
