I know what it takes to build a successful business. I first started out as a sole trader, and I then launched my first registered company in 2013. I have experience in all aspects of business from running a community interest company (C.I.C) and Ltd company. I have grown and scaled my business, and created products, courses, and a passive income so I can live the lifestyle I want to.
But enough about me - let's talk about you. I'm all about helping you get clear on your goals and vision. Then we will build a strong strategic plan to get you there. We will work on your mindset, but also the practical things that need to be put in place together we will collaborate to make your business goals a reality.

I have been overwhelmed by my workload and juggled a busy private practice. Having successfully run two therapy practices for over ten years, and developed training courses and products in the mental health sphere, I have the tools, knowledge, and experience to help you GROW. The initial coaching program lasts three months and includes 6x60 minute Zoom calls, assignments, and challenges.
After that, we can continue to work together on a monthly retainer basis (the average time a client works with me is 6-18 months).

Fees: The investment will start at £1500 up to £9000 depending on the duration of programme you choose.
As a business coach, I can help you build your new business from the ground up, there is so much to consider when starting out, from the practicalities of registering your company to devising a business plan and a strategy to help you achieve your goals. I will be there every step of the way as you set up your business, define its mission and goals, and put in place both long-term and short-term goals and a strategy to get you there.
From my own experience, I know how challenging the early days of starting out in business can be.
