What to Expect from a Coaching Session
Each 60-minute one-on-one session begins with a conversation to explore your current challenges or concerns. The rest of the session focuses on a strategy to towards the goals identified in the session. At the end of the session, you'll receive a personalised action plan, and if further support is needed, specific recommendations will be provided.
